Application of Diamond Grit  Powder

Main applied to manufacturing of resinoid bond or ceramic bond abrasive tools, to process cemented carbide, nonmetals, grinding or polishing.

1.  Application in resinoid bond abrasive tools: to grind the outer ring of cemented carbide cutting tools, measuring tools and tooth ball gear, the plane of mould, or grooving.  Resin grinding wheel e.g.

2.  Application in electroplated abrasive tools: to made as electroplated diamond needle files and trepanning cutter; the needle files main used for grinding of carbide mould or other other moulds which are hard to grind; the trepanning cutter is used for processing of optical glass and semiconductor silicon wafer.

3.  Application in ceramic bond abrasive tools: it can meet the demand of high precision grinding and high efficient grinding for difficult-to-cut materials and common materials, and also suitable to apply in CNC grinding machine and full automatic production line, such as flat, cup and bowl grinding wheel.
